Today we're kicking off a series of vignettes with some of the folks for whom the SPOT bus is an important way to get around our towns. Today meet Judy, a SPOT bus rider for about 10 years since she had to stop driving. "It's invaluable for people like me," she says. "Keep the SPOT bus rolling forever as far as I'm concerned!" The Bonner County Fair kicked off today, running through Saturday. And want to know a great, FREE way to get there ... and skip the parking hassle and cost? Take the SPOT bus! The BLUE route bus gets to the fairgrounds at 50 minutes after the hour, every hour until 5:50 p.m. (after which the last bus of the day will depart). Ride the BLUE route direct from City of Ponderay and City Of Sandpoint. Or if you're Dover or Kootenai, ride the GREEN route and do a transfer to BLUE at Bonner Mall or Jeff Jones Town Square.
