Next week on Wednesday, October 21st at 6pm actor Autumn Nigro will share tips, tricks and their vast knowledge of applying theatrical and horror makeup. Bring your curiosity, imagination & questions! Autumn will demonstrate materials and techniques for turning “meh” into macabre!

Ready for a screaming good time? 🎃️ Be brave & join us next week on Tuesday, October 20th at 6pm when local horror movie fan, Zach Stier, will be our special guest for a spook-tacular program about his terrifyingly awesome experiences at national horror movie conventions. 😱

He'll be sharing some amazing convention photos, celeb autographs, creepy masks, and memorabilia that'll make your skin crawl! 👻 Plus, hear his hair-raising stories about meeting the actors behind the most iconic horror villains. Costumes highly encouraged (but not required... or are they? 😏) and wishing you the best of luck....on a horror-themed giveaway! 💀

Boone-area seniors are reminded to grab a friend and stop by the library tomorrow, Thursday October 15th at 2pm for an afternoon of games and good conversation. We’ll play everything from classic card games to board games, with bragging rights or small door prizes up for grabs. No pressure, no experience needed—just good games and great company. We hope you can join us!

This program will be held in the second floor meeting room.

Did you know the EPL Book Discussion group is the longest running book club at Ericson Library? In October they are reading The Book Of Alchemy by Suleika Jaouad. Extra copies of this months book with discussion questions will be available to checkout at the main floor desk with discussion questions. Teens & Adults are welcome to attend.

The Book Discussion meets in-person in the Children's Department Storytime Room next week on Tuesday, October 20th at 6:45pm.
