When I joined- 2017

Why I joined- to serve and stay near the coast.

Past Units- Been on CGC Sanibel, CGC Spencer, commissioned CGC Emlen Tunnell, went on CGC Polar Star for Operation Deep Freeze ‘24.

Favorite CG Experience- SAR Case at 1AM in 17ft seas off Block Island on New Years Eve

Hobbies- Motorcycles, concerts, ultimate frisbee, cooking

I’ve been to all 7 continents, through both canals, and sailed all 7 seas thanks to the CG

Approximately 400 people enjoyed the observance of Coast Guard Day on Thursday, August 1st aboard Base Boston. Although it was a very hot day, all of the efforts of the Morale Committees from Base, Sector and District, as well as the MWR team and the USO, ensured everyone was entertained and well fed. Bravo Zulu to all who made the event a success!!
