Kim Driscoll is the 73rd Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She was sworn in on January 5, 2023, with Governor Maura Healey. Together, Healey and Driscoll are the first all-women executive team to lead Massachusetts. Formerly the Mayor of Salem, Lieutenant Governor Driscoll grew up in a military family and spent her childhood in a number of states before attending Salem Stat

Massachusetts has an opportunity to lead nationally with our Ride Safe Act — and bring safety to our streets and sidewalks!

This Act would create statewide rules and provide clear safety and speed-based frameworks for mopeds, scooters, and e-bikes.
