Every parent deserves support through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. As we mark , we're reminded of just how far we still have to go.
Doulas are one of the most evidence-backed tools we have to make that possible. Yet for many families, especially Black, low-income, and Medicaid-covered birthing people, this care is often out of reach.
This year, we're focused on changing the system through two main pillars:
🤱🏾 Building Doula-friendly Clinical Environments
🤱🏾 Strengthening the Doula Workforce
We'll keep sharing updates as we learn, iterate, and push for a future where every birthing person has the support they need. Want to get involved?
