Last week we joined our partners at two great events—an open house at the Plymouth CAC and a training with Brookline MA Police Department and students from Brookline High School. Always grateful for our partners creating spaces to connect, learn, and share.

Members of our staff will be there on Monday! We're looking forward to being in community and hearing from our partners and other survivor leaders in this work.

The Right Track spotlights the Survivor Model—a transformative approach that decriminalizes those who are exploited while holding pimps, traffickers, and s*x buyers accountable. Through the voices of survivors themselves, the film explores both the courage it takes to escape “the life” and the collective momentum needed to dismantle systems of exploitation.

The screening will be followed by a Q&A with Janet Jensen, Founder of The Jensen Project and Audra Doody of Safe Exit Initiative- SEI offering space for reflection, dialogue, and connection within the community.

Last week, the Governor’s Council to Address S*xual Assault, Domestic Violence, and Human Trafficking launched its 5-year Statewide Plan to Address S*x Trafficking.

This plan was developed by the Human Trafficking Subcommittee, co-chaired by our Co-Founder and former Executive Director, Lisa Goldblatt Grace. It was created in collaboration survivor-leaders, including our current Executive Director, Audrey Morrissey.

This plan is groundbreaking in it’s scope and we are so proud for Massachusetts to be leading in this way.
