OEE administers a broad range of initiatives that empower all Massachusetts residents In 2014, Deborah B.
Goldberg was elected Treasurer and Receiver General of Massachusetts and on the day of her swearing-in, launched the Office of Economic Empowerment (OEE). OEE is responsible for administering a broad range of initiatives to enhance economic stability and security. Its priorities include closing the race and gender wage gap, racial equity, increasing access to financial education, improving college affordability, and investing in STEM careers and education.
