We are celebrating International Father's Mental Health Day on June 21st by extending our May campaign!

Father's mental health is often talked about even less than mom's/birthing person's. Some evidence has suggested that about 10% of fathers experience depression in the prenatal and postpartum period with rates even higher in the 3-6 month postpartum period.*

Even with high rates, there is still a lack of knowledge and resources on how best to support dads as they make the transition to parenthood.

So this June we want to create space and open conversations around dad's mental health. Join us and and !
