Not to be dramatic, but your art could end up on our next library card π€
The BPL is inviting artists of all ages to take part in a Library Card Design contest in celebration of Library Card Sign-Up Month this September!
π¨ How does it work?
One adult (18+), one teen (13-17), and one youth (0-12) winner will have their original artwork featured on official BPL cards in circulation during 2026-2027.
π₯ Who can enter?
The contest is open to all BPL cardholders, with one entry permitted per person.
ποΈ What do you submit?
An original design that reflects what the library means to you and your community β perhaps an interpretation of our motto βFree to Allβ?
The contest will run from May 15 through June 15, 2026. Good luck!
