Council hopeful Andrea Campbell says Mattapan was always home, even if she was living elsewhere... Campbell’s opponent, Councilor Charles Yancey, has suggested Campbell has lived in Mattapan only a year. Records show she has lived there longer than that, but not “for the last 10 years,” as she has maintained.
