With this generous grant we can further strengthen our community organizing efforts to advance housing justice and create real change.

Rents in Massachusetts can double overnight. There’s no limit on rent hikes — and families are being pushed out every day.

We’ve been pushing our State Senators and Representatives to pass a rent control bill via legislative action. However, there has been little movement.

🎶Volunteer for Fenway Porchfest 2026! 🎶
You’ll be stationed at a performance site to enjoy the music with a few other volunteers, helping performers set up and passing out brochures to people as they walk by.
