Boulder Library Foundation The Boulder Library Foundation’s vision is a community of lifetime learning and participation

Since 1974, the Boulder Library Foundation has been enriching the Boulder Public Library experience by providing funding for literacy, cultural, and creative programs, not covered by the City of Boulder’s budget. Our Library is the cornerstone of our community, and its programs are the cornerstone of our Library. By funding programs like BLDG 61 Makerspace, Lego Story Club, and Computer Science Education Week, the Boulder Library Foundation works to ensure our Library’s remarkable work continues far into the future.

THANK YOU to all who attended last week and to the wonderfully talented Virginia Evans for making the 2026 Boulder Library Gala an evening to remember!
This year's numbers (and gifts are still coming in) indicate an increase from last year, and we are so grateful for this outpouring of support.
Thank you also to the many volunteers, library staff, community partners and sponsors who contributed to make the evening possible.
