Did you know Better Housing Colorado has FIVE permanently affordable cooperative houses along the Front Range?

Each house is home to 12–25 residents who have their own private bedrooms and share the rest: pooling money for groceries, taking turns cooking meals, sharing chores, and making decisions together through weekly consensus meetings.

And here's the cool part: our houses are owned by a nonprofit, and residents make up the majority of its board. That means the people who live directlyshape how their homes and organization are run!

✨ Affordable housing
✨ Built-in community
✨ Shared resources and responsibility
✨ Opportunities to grow your leadership and communication skills
✨ A lighter footprint on the planet

We welcome people from all backgrounds, ages, identities, and perspectives.

Curious? Learn more and apply for free at www.bhccoops.org!

Lincoln and I were honored to be invited to chat with residents at The Orbis Institute! Orbis is a vibrant co-living community of change-makers not too far from The People's Mansion in Denver! We're inspired by the work they do and look forward to more chances to partner in the future.
