On Friday, October 2, the Borough of Bound Brook celebrated the groundbreaking of Talmage Commons, marking the official start of an exciting new development at 118 Talmage Avenue.

The project will bring 106 new residential units and ground-floor commercial space to the heart of downtown, representing another significant investment in Bound Brook’s continued growth and revitalization.

As part of the project’s Redevelopment Agreement, $135,000 has also been earmarked toward the purchase of a new fire apparatus for the Bound Brook Fire Department—an investment that will directly support public safety and benefit the entire community.

This milestone is about more than breaking ground—it’s about building on the momentum happening throughout our downtown, strengthening our community, and creating new opportunities for residents and businesses.
