Today, the Boxborough Police Department joins our community and the entire nation in remembrance of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years ago, our world changed forever. Today we pause to honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost and remember the sacrifices made on that day and in the years afterwards.

Earlier today the Boxborough Police Department stood with members of the Boxborough Fire Department along with many town employees and community members, for the annual public safety remembrance ceremony.

We will never forget their sacrifice and bravery.
