๐ NO COUGAR STANDS ALONE! ๐
๐๐At Congress Middle School, every student has the power to make a difference. ๐พ๐ ๐ In honor of , we wear GREEN to show that mental health mattersโnot just today, but every day.
Letโs look out for one another, listen without judgment, offer encouragement, and remind our classmates that asking for help is a sign of strength. One kind action, one caring conversation, and one supportive friend can brighten someoneโs day and help them feel less alone.
Together, we can create a school community where every Cougar feels seen, valued, included, and supported. If youโre struggling, reach out. If you notice someone who may need support, check in. We are stronger when we stand together! ๐๐๐๐๐๐
ONE TEAM. ONE PRIDE. ONE GOAL. ๐พ
