Y'all left us speechless. 💛

We've been trying to write this thank you all week and we keep coming up short.

From September 2nd through Sloan's birthday, gifts came in big and small, from folks down the road and folks who've never set foot in Stephens County, TX. Everett Cattle Co. matched every single one of them. No cap, no ceiling.

Together, that's $31,600 for the Caddo Texas VFD, Hubbard CREEK VFD, and Wayland Volunteer Fire Department.

That's fuel in the trucks and gear on the backs of the neighbors who answer the call out here. You did that, in Sloan's name, on his birthday week.

Thank you. From our family to yours.

Now come celebrate it with us. Our 10th annual ride rolls out of Breckenridge City Park on Saturday, October 3rd, and we'd love to see your face in the crowd.

This weekend members of HCVFD joined Wayland VFD in Ground Search and Rescue Level 2 training.
Congratulations and thank you to our members who have taken the time for this very specialized and important training.

When they are lost, we will find them!
