This election you have a choice. You can elect candidates that will stand against mass surveillance, or you can choose candidates that support it.

Democratic candidates up and down the ballot, from Jamie Ager for Congress to Owen Carson and O’Neill for County Commission have come out against the use of ALPRs in our communities. They recognize the threat that this level of surveillance is to our freedom, and those most vulnerable in our community. We ask you to join us in standing against mass government surveillance, and use your vote to do the same.

In a turn of events that is truly stranger than fiction, the White House has now launched their own state run media channel, Trump TV.

After banning three news agencies from the White House, the entire White House press pool united and stood up to this assault on the free press (yes, even Fox News). After an embarrassing ribbon cutting for a new helipad at the White House it looks like they decided to launch their own state run media. Trump's former Press Secretary said it best, "You know who else does this? Russia, China, and Iran to name a few…"

This has no place in the United States. Transylvanians depend on the free and independent press of all varieties to learn what their government is doing (or not doing), and this attack is one that impacts us all. Support democracy, support the First Amendment.

If you stand for the First Amendment and support the rights of all Americans, this November elect leaders that do too!

It is very ironic that the local GOP has accused Democrats of defacing and removing their signs, something we do not support and urge everyone to stop, meanwhile the president they support bans news outlets from the White House. I wonder if they support this action by Trump?🤔🤔

Let's be clear, the reason he is attempting this is because he doesn't like what they say, but the protections of the First Amendment do not care how you feel about the speech.

We believe in the First Amendment and its protections for all protected speech. We will stand for those rights for all Americans, but we will also stand for our own First Amendment rights.

This is another unprecedented attack on the First Amendment, it is anti-American, and clearly unconstitutional.

This November vote for candidates that believe in the protections of the Constitution, vote for Democrats!

Many senior staff were surprised by the directive, which happened while chief of staff Susie Wiles was out of town.

For years these cameras have been tracking everyone driving on Transylvania roads. This unlimited government surveillance must stop.

Lets add Transylvania to the lost of municipalities that are cancelling their Flock contract. Add your name and say its time to De-Flock Transylvania!
