This week, several members of the Mono County Sheriff's Office attended the RiSE Conference, an inspiring event dedicated to women in law enforcement leadership.

We connected with peers, learned from experienced leaders, and brought back fresh strategies to better serve our community while empowering women in our profession. It was fantastic to connect with peers, learn from experienced leaders, and bring back fresh strategies alongside our friends at Mammoth Lakes Police Department (MLPD)!
