September 11th remains a solemn day in American history—one we will never forget. We honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the unity that brought our nation together in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We hold space for those who ran toward unknown danger to save others. Heroes of every background emerged that day; a uniform doesn't define a hero—actions do. To also include the canines that searched just as hard as their human counterparts.

Tonight at sunset, we invite our community to join us in honoring those we lost and those who served. A silent parade will begin at the Bridgeton Food Lion, proceeding across the bridge, and concluding at Union Point Park.

Today and every day, Bridgeton EMS remembers the fallen, honors the brave, and carries forward that legacy of courage and service.
