Please take a moment to read this:
This past Monday, October 21, off-duty Pennsylvania State Trooper Benjamin Brallier ended his shift and headed to the Montour Trail. A popular trail for many of us in the West and South Hills of Pittsburgh. Tragically he was fatally stabbed.
I will not name the man who has been charged with this felony murder. However this was not his first run-in with law enforcement. Last summer he was accused of assaulting and robbing a citizen in Point State Park. He was released without monetary bond by Magisterial District Judge Xander Orenstein. When his time in court came he failed to show.
This judge has on multiple occasions released dangerous suspects back on our streets without cash-bond. (There are many articles from trusted media sources that go into great detail here).
He was removed from hearing arraignments earlier this year by Allegheny County President Judge Susan Evashavik DiLucente because of scrutiny over no-cash bail decisions.

Locally, both Democrat and Republican elected officials are calling for Judge Xander Orenstein to resign. I would ask all concerned citizens to please sign this petition to stand up for safety in our communities.
Let us pray for the Brallier family and work so that this never happens again under these circumstances.

Senator Devlin Robinson was an outspoken critic of the tolls and took action to stop PennDOT! Please support this man who hears the people and stands for them. If you use I-79 daily he is one of the reasons you don't pay $1,000+ a year on additional tolls!
It is humbling to be endorsed by so many organizations that keep our society running smoothly. I will continue to work tirelessly to deliver results to the district.

When was the last time you drove down a toll-free I-79? How did it feel?

They want your money one way or another. This is why we highlighted the need for responsible spending at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) to avoid the taxpayer paying more.
Pennsylvania is test-driving ways to phase out our state gas tax and modernize how we invest in our roads. Over the past four years, PennDOT partnered with the Eastern Transportation Coalition to test a mileage-based user fee pilot program with 500+ Pennsylvanians participating.
