Explore the eerie and the unexplained of the Pacific Northwest this Saturday at the Brier Library from 6:30 to 8:00 PM!

North by Northwest Paranormal will present a Ghost Hunting 101 session that includes a brief overview of their previous investigations. Afterward, participants will be provided with a tutorial of the equipment that a professional paranormal investigation team uses. Then an after-hours investigation of the library will be conducted … with attendees taking part!

This hands-on ghost hunting workshop is designed for teens and adults who have an interest in the paranormal.

Space is limited so be sure to register today!

We'll be using colored clay, with fake teeth and eyes. The students at Mountlake Terrace High School and Brier Terrace Middle School had a blast with white clay at Makerspace outreach during lunches in the last couple of weeks. Examples in the comments!

Have you recently read or listened to a book so good that it must be shared with other book lovers? Bring it to the Brier Library’s Bring-Your-Own-Book Group on Thursday, August 13th! All people, genres, and interests are welcome! Share an old favorite or something you’re currently reading! Our goal is to foster connections between bibliophiles and discover great books that we may not otherwise be aware of.
