Salad: “Not your Olive Garden Salad” – Authentic Salad from Southern Italy, with Roma tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini peppers, & fresh Parmesan cheese
Soup: Creamy Homemade Gnocchi Chicken Soup
Entrée: Lemon Piccata Chicken, Garlic & Lemon Italian Pasta, and Roasted Broccoli with Italian Parmesan Cheese

Creative Idea For You— Just returned from Italy and we kept running across cell phone shops that would take any kind of paper, Inset it into a clear cell phone holder so you could personalize and change your holder with the season. And for “only” 30 euro… so we bought a clear cell phone holder, came back and went to Hobby Lobby. Picked up some pretty paper, and made our own. Super easy to make the template- just put your cell down on the backside of the paper, draw around it, cut out and adjust. You could also print out your favorite pictures and do the same thing. What do you think? Easy and fun.

What could be more fun than an Italian cooking class in Italy - check it out. We made our own pasta, ragu, and even learned how to make a traditional Spritz apartif. Fun times with fun people! And so YUMMY! Blessings from Mrs Lynn & Farmer Larry. ❤️

Today we have the meal that we’ve been waiting for for the entire month- lasagna Verde! Delicious Italian homemade lasagna made with spinach pasta topped with the white Béchamel cheese sauce! Oh my gosh, delicious. We’re going to have to make this for all our friends at home. What do you think of that? Blessings from Bologna, Italy from Mrs. lynn and Farmer Larry. ❤️

Last day with our farm friends from home in Italy. Larry and I took a quick lunch break and found Lebanese food. OMG GOOD! I’m learning to eat French fries with ketchup and mayo. lol. Blessings fr beautiful Bologna , Italy.
