October is Fire Prevention & Safety Month! 🔥 Take a few minutes to make sure your home and family are prepared in case of a fire.

✔️ Test smoke alarms monthly
✔️ Create and practice a fire escape plan
✔️ Keep flammable items away from heat sources
✔️ Keep matches and lighters out of children’s reach
✔️ Know when to call 911

A little preparation can make a big difference. Share these reminders with your family and help keep your home safe!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 💗

This month, we recognize those affected by breast cancer, honor survivors and those we have lost, and encourage our community to prioritize breast health.

Early detection can make a difference. Talk with your healthcare provider about screenings and know what’s normal for you. Let’s spread awareness, support one another, and encourage the people we love to take care of their health.

💙 What a day!

A huge THANK YOU to the 100+ volunteers who came out for United Way of Greater Plymouth County’s Day of Caring last week! 🙌

Volunteers rolled up their sleeves and lent a hand at nonprofits across Plymouth County, tackling projects that made a real difference in our community.

From landscaping and painting to organizing, cleaning, and everything in between, your time and energy helped local nonprofits do more of what they do best.

We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, pitched in, and proved once again that when we work together, we can make a BIG impact. 💪

Day of Caring is a powerful reminder of what can happen when our community comes together to support the organizations and people making a difference every day.
