A heartfelt thank you to Melinda French Gates and Pivotal for once again expanding their commitment to women’s health across the globe. In 2025, Health Imperatives was the proud recipient of $2.5 million to enhance programs for the women we serve in Southeastern MA & the Cape and Islands. We are extremely grateful for your generosity, wisdom and committment to helping us keep the women we serve healthy, safe, strong and economically secure.

Continuing our celebration of - we know that sometimes self-care starts with the smallest things.
Did you get enough sleep last night?
Drink enough water?
Take a deep breath?
Ask for help when you need it?
Listen to music that lifted your mood?
How many can you check off today?
Self-care isn’t selfish – it’s essential. Your physical, emotional, and mental health matter. Give yourself permission to slow down, recharge, and prioritize, YOU!
Drop your number in the comments – how many have you done today?
