This webinar opens the window on optimistic thinking for those who have yet to experience the joy of a life lived positively and encourages those who are already actively attempting to "stamp out" negativity to continue their quest.
This webinar is divided into two segments: a lecture and a Q&A period.
The topics include affirmative thinking, gratitude, forgiveness, prioritizing happiness, sharing, present-moment living, and positive learning.

Join us to discuss The Strange Case of Jane O by Karen Thompson Walker. Here is a summary from our NoveList Database: "Presented as a doctor's case study notes and as letters written by the subject to her young son, this thought-provoking, slow-burn novel focuses on single Brooklyn mom Jane, who'd previously had a strong memory but now suffers from amnesia and hallucinations. Her psychiatrist, who has his own troubles, looks for answers in this 'haunting and sublime' (Booklist) tale." Physical copies (regular print, large print and Playaway) will be available at the circulation desk of Brockton Public Library's main branch. Must have a library card to check out.
