It was a beautiful day to be out reeling in fish! A big thank you to DLMRA for lending your expertise and helping everyone have a great time at Homeschool Connection today. Kids started by learning knot-tying and casting, then got to try their hand at catching fish, and many were successful! Other activities included identifying insects found in the pond, planting wildflowers, and making a bird feeder. The littlest ones even got to do some bucket fishing and color their own fish.

A big shoutout to Albertson Memorial Library, Albany and Monticello Public Library for lending us additional fishing poles! We couldn't have done this without you!

Join us next month for a tour of Kelch Aviation Museum! Registration is open now. Contact the library or visit our website; the registration link is in the comments!
