This week marks a major milestone in the most significant transformation of the U.S. Army in forty-years. We are excited to release the long-awaited update to Field Manual 3-0 “Operations”, the most consequential evolution in Army doctrine since Air Land Battle. This new doctrine prepares us to train for and win the future fight.

🇺🇸🇰🇷 Maj. Gen. Kim D**g Ho, Republic of Korea G-2/3, met with Maj. Gen. Chris Smith, USARPAC deputy commanding general - strategy & plans, and Maj. Gen. Peter Benchoff, USARPAC chief of staff, Sept. 19-21 at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. They briefed him on the Theater Army and discussed ways to strengthen the U.S.-ROK Alliance.
Kim also held separate office calls with Col. David Elsen, USARPAC G2; Col. Larry Jordan, Cyber Electromagnetic Activities director; and Col. David Zinn, 3rd Multi-Domain Task Force commander. Kim also met with Maj. Gen. Joseph Ryan, 25th Infantry Division commanding general, and Col. Jeffrey VanAntwerp, 25th Infantry Division deputy commanding general - operations, at Schofield Barracks and Lightning Academy, 25th Infantry Division. They discussed opportunities for increasing bilateral training opportunities. The Alliance is stronger than ever!
