Hey from ICM Staff! 💜
A quick moment from the team as we prepared for ICM Day at the Capitol. Behind every advocacy day, event, and public witness is a group of people committed to Georgia’s children and families.
The work is serious, but the joy and community that fuel it matters too.

We’re grateful to see the story of the Interfaith Children’s Movement featured by our partner .
What began on September 11, 2001, when faith leaders chose to stay together and commit themselves to Georgia’s children, continues to shape our work today. Take a moment to read the full article and learn more about the heart behind this movement.

ICM Day at the Capitol was one for the books.
Children, youth, religious leaders, elected officials, and advocates from across Georgia gathered to stand for the well-being of Georgia’s children and families. From meaningful conversations with legislators to delivering “Have a Heart” bags at the Georgia State Capitol, the day was filled with learning, connection, and courageous advocacy.
Advocates of all ages began the day with a hands-on advocacy workshop before heading to the Capitol to speak out on the issues impacting children and families across the state. Together we shared a meal, gathered in community, and amplified our collective voices.
This day reflects the work that continues throughout the year, turning faith and courage into meaningful change for Georgia’s children and families.

Last week, ICM staff participated in the Fulton County Family Justice Center Strategic Planning Meeting.
We believe strategy and partnership help turn ideas into real support for children and families across Georgia.
