Big improvements are coming to Harvard Street this Spring!

The upcoming work includes ADA upgrades to sidewalks and curb ramps for improved accessibility, repaving from the Town line to Kent Street to create a smoother and more durable roadway, and refreshed pavement markings to enhance safety and visibility.

Construction is expected to run from late March through mid-June. Businesses will remain open, so please continue to support our local shops and restaurants!

We’re sharing an important update about the future of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce.
After careful consideration, we are transitioning our members and programs through an agreement with the Charles River Regional Chamber, effective April 1, 2026.
This step is about strengthening support for Brookline’s business community—expanding access to a larger regional network, more programming, and stronger advocacy, while keeping Brookline’s identity and voice at the center.
We’re grateful for the trust and support of our members over the years, and we’re excited for what this next chapter will bring.
