The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office is contracting with Cyclomedia to survey properties throughout the County using vehicle-mounted cameras. This survey includes updating the exterior photographs of properties and parcels throughout the County. This surveying is on-going for the next several weeks. As result, these vehicles will likely be in your communities for the time being.

Last night, we proudly swore in the first K-9 in Brooklyn Heights Police Department history, K-9 Jake! 🐾

This milestone would not have been possible without the incredible generosity and support of our community. We sincerely thank everyone who donated to help make our K-9 program a reality.

K-9 Jake is named in memory of fallen Euclid Police Officer Jacob Derbin, and we are proud to help carry on his legacy of service and protection.

K-9 Jake will be a tremendous asset in helping safeguard our residents and fellow officers for years to come.

Welcome to the team, K-9 Jake! 💙🐾

A special thank you to Mission BBQ Parma for providing a delicious meal for our officers today in remembrance of September 11th. We truly appreciate your continued support of first responders and our community.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders who ran toward danger to help others.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🐾 Welcome to the BHPD, K-9 Jake! 🐾

On Monday, we welcomed our newest member, K-9 Jake, to the Brooklyn Heights Police Department!

Jake is named in honor of Officer Jacob Derbin, our hometown hero. We’re proud to carry on his name and memory through our K-9 program.

Jake has plenty of growing and training ahead of him, and we look forward to sharing his journey with our community. He will officially be sworn in at the September 15th Village Council meeting.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to our K-9 program. Your support made Jake’s arrival possible, and continued donations will help support him throughout his career. 💙🐕‍🦺
