Position Summary:
The Direct Support Professional is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of consumers residing in community residential settings. This includes direct care of program individuals and implementation of individual support plans, all client related activities, documenting consumers progress and responding to program service needs while ensuring the safety and well-being of the consumers. Direct Support Professionals are required to perform all duties in accordance with Minnesota statues 245D Home & Community-Based Service Standards.
