Chinese American Social Services Center, Inc. (CASS) is a non-profit organization created to assist Kings County residents by assembling and disseminating social services information, especially to those whose first language is not English; to hold and conduct meetings, discussions and forums to promote a higher standard of living by sharing experiences and ideas; and to encourage the participation and involvement of such residents in community and government programs and activities.
