Today 4/22/2020 distribution of Apples, Pineapples, Oranges and Bananas.

Supplies will distributed while it last. If you received fruits yesterday please allow your neighbors to partake of the donations today.

"It's weird to see where you live from a different perspective. I live on the 13th floor in the middle of the Gowanus Houses. When I'm there I'm always surrounded by the buildings and don't think about it as part of a larger neighborhood. The barbed wire feels to me like how Gowanus is separated from Carroll Gardens. It's sharp, almost cut off, despite the fact it's a just short walk from here to there." -Ethan, age 14
