A dedicated student and community leader from Brooklyn, NY, Hashim is pursuing an Associate Degree in Audio Technology at SAE Institute of Technology, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA while focusing on music production, live sound, and post-production. 🎵🎓

Inspired by his Jamaican and Caribbean heritage, Hashim is building a career as an audio engineer and producer while actively giving back through mentorship and community service with Sesame Flyers International. Despite being visually impaired, he has demonstrated exceptional perseverance, leadership, and determination in all that he does.

Chinua has already made his mark in the entertainment industry, starring as Young Simba in The Lion King on Broadway and appearing in a recurring role on the TV series The Wonder Years. Alongside his artistic achievements, he remains dedicated to serving his community through volunteerism and mentorship.
