There’s still space for tomorrow’s event at 11 AM when we have Dragons Love Tacos author Daniel Salmieri and illustrator, Sophia Haas, come visit to read their new book and do a fun craft!

It’s Ms. Kimberly’s favorite story time of the year: shark week story time!!! 🦈 Join Sharken, the friendly story time shark, today at Adams Street Library at 4 pm for a book, a 🦈 craft, and a 🦈 dance party with bubbles 🫧 This event will be totally JAWS-ome!!!!!

Patron Holds!

Any holds that were still on our shelves at the end of business hours on December 18th and holds placed/received in the meantime will be available at the interim space beginning Tuesday, January 2nd.

The library is officially closed until April 2025! We look forward to seeing you at our interim space at 1 John St on January 2nd!

Beginning Thursday, December 19, Adams Street Library will temporarily close for repairs. The branch is expected to reopen in April 2025.

During the closure, select library services including holds pickup, library cards, board game borrowing, interlibrary loan, and LEGO Robotics will be available across the street at The Annex (1 John Street) beginning Thursday, January 2.

Next week from Monday to Friday we will be hosting a food drive with the Vinegar Hill Food Pantry to help our fellow community members. At the library you can drop off;

• Canned Goods
• Boxed or dry goods
• Fresh Direct Bags

This is great time to drop off any extras from the holidays so they don't sit on your shelves until next year!

Thank you all for your constant support!

From today until December 5th, you can drop off any unused large shopping bags (like fresh direct bags) at the Adams Street Library!

These bags help the Vinegar Hill Food Pantry distribute items to your fellow neighbors. You can also donate any canned, boxed, or other non-perishable item at the library too!
