NY Connects is always connecting with seniors! We had an amazing time participating in arthritis exercises and providing resources and support at the Red Hook Neighborhood Senior Center. Staying active, informed, and connected—that’s what we’re all about!

Stop in at the office of or make an appointment to receive support and resources.
NY Connects will be providing services for seniors, caregivers, and people with disabilities, including assistance with benefits, home care, and community programs.
