Future Detective Maddox reported for duty on his 4th birthday. 🚔🎉 After he and his mom asked if he could spend some time learning what it takes to be a cop, our Lieutenant Grandstaff was more than happy to show him around. Happy Birthday, Maddox!

Within 60 seconds of each other, our FIO and NST teams each made separate firearm arrests, stopping armed individuals before another shooting could happen in our community. Proactive policing saves lives, and last night was another example of that in action.

Proactive enforcement leads to safer streets. During a vehicle stop at a checkpoint, our Q-Team arrested a male illegally in possession of this loaded firearm. Another weapon removed before it could be used in violence.

During a dispute, our Field Intelligence Officers observed a male openly in possession of this firearm. Officers immediately took action, safely apprehending the individual and seizing this loaded weapon before the situation escalated into violence.
