Good Morning Everyone!
Today we have Chair Yoga at 10:30 a.m. We hope that you will join us for this beneficial program.
We have a lot going on this month here at the center. Please stop in and see what all we have scheduled and sign up for some of the things that are happening and see how much fun we are having here at the center.
I challenge you to stop in and sign up for one thing this month and try it out. If you don't enjoy yourself then you don't have to come back, but I bet you will be back-Are you up for the challenge? Stop in and see me when you are here. My name is Tammy and I am the Coordinator here and I love my job and I love seeing the impact that this center has on the people that come here, so PLEASE stop in and check this place out!
