We went GREEN for mental health today! 💚

Tomorrow, October 10, is World Mental Health Day, but the Gateway team couldn't wait to celebrate! Today, we proudly wore GREEN and showed our support for mental health awareness with !

Every day, our incredible staff show up with compassion, dedication, and heart to support the mental health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities across our region. Today, we're reminding our team and YOU that your mental health matters, too!

Wear GREEN. Take 10. Give yourself some GRACE!

Whether it's taking a walk, listening to your favorite song, sharing a laugh with a coworker, stepping outside for fresh air, or simply enjoying a few moments of peace, we encouraged everyone to take 10 intentional minutes to recharge, reset, and prioritize YOU!

Check out some of our amazing Gateway team members show up and show out in GREEN! We couldn't be prouder of the people who make our mission possible every single day!

Happy World Mental Health Day from your Gateway family! 💚

As we approach World Mental Health Day on October 10, Gateway Community Service Board is reminding our community that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

Our Chief Operating Officer and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Phylicia Anderson, recently joined WTOC to discuss recognizing when everyday stress becomes something more, overcoming misconceptions about seeking treatment, and connecting individuals and families with the support they need.

At Gateway, we believe no one should have to navigate mental health challenges alone. Whether you’re experiencing ongoing stress, struggling to manage daily responsibilities, or simply need someone to talk to, help is available.

This World Mental Health Day, we encourage everyone to participate in by taking 10 minutes to pause, reflect, and prioritize their mental well-being.

Thank you to WTOC for helping us continue this important conversation!
