At Dementia Friendly Bryan - College Station, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals living with dementia and their care partners. Through collaborative efforts with local stakeholders, organizations, and individuals, we strive to raise awareness about dementia, reduce stigma, and promote meaningful engagement for those affected by this condition. By providing education and resources, advocating for policy changes, and facilitating community initiatives, we aim to enhance the quality of life and well-being of individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

An initiative focused on bringing awareness, support, and compassion to individuals and families impacted by dementia.

💜 Friday, October 30th – Caregiver Appreciation & Community Engagement Luncheon
A special day dedicated to honoring caregivers from all walks of life, raising awareness, connecting our community with valuable resources, and reminding every caregiver that YOU MATTER!

Through community education, dementia awareness, training opportunities like Dementia Live, caregiver appreciation initiatives, and partnerships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, businesses, and faith communities, we work to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and help ensure that no one has to navigate the dementia journey alone.

On Thursday, October 29, Dementia Friendly Bryan–College Station and the Mama Joe Project invite our community to come together for an evening of hope, education, resources, and conversation.

On Friday, October 30th , we will gather at Christ Church to recognize, honor, and celebrate the incredible caregivers who give so much of themselves every day. 💜
