The National Association of Counties provides details on how the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act impacts your community!

Counties build the infrastructure that helps communities thrive — from the roads and bridges residents drive on every day to the systems that keep our drinking water clean. But delays in the federal permitting process bring higher costs, budget uncertainty and lost development opportunities.

The Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act, introduced yesterday in the U.S. Senate, would help address these challenges. If enacted, counties would see faster project delivery and consistent coordination with federal agencies.

📣 Contact your senators today and urge them to support this critical legislation!

Please take 5–10 minutes to complete the survey and help us better understand how we can better help YOU and our communities.
