All Contractors performing work within the City of Bucyrus are required to be registered per city ordinance. Be aware that many choose to not register. Permits are required for roofing, siding, additions, fences, sheds, porches and structural changes, as well as new construction for homes and garages. Verify with your contractor if they pulled a permit, a few roofing companies currently working in town have not done either.
