Tickets are on sale for a staged concert version of the hit musical In the Heights, a collaboration among the Buffalo State University Theater Department, AnsariSaxon Productions (co-founded by associate professor Naila Ansari Carbonell Catilo and lecturer Karen Saxon) and Starring Buffalo.

“This is what theater and community are all about: creating opportunities, building relationships and showing students their dreams are attainable,” Ansari Carbonell Catilo said. “Through this collaboration, they will gain experience and connections that can shape their futures. By working together, we strengthen Buffalo State’s longstanding tradition of meaningful engagemement through the arts.”
