Join us for the Parkside Fall Festival on Saturday, October 17 from 11 am - 2 pm at the corner of Parkside Ave and Russell St

11 - 12pm: Buffalo Firefighters and Fire Truck
1 - 1pm: Moon Rock Music will play while Erica Sirotich will sketch your kiddos in their Halloween costumes. All drawings will hang in AEAB until Halloween and then you can come and pick them up.
12:45pm: Costume Parade and Contest
11 - 2pm: Local organizations and activities in the back parking lot behind the shops

Costume Parade Prizes will be given for:
•Funniest Costume
•Best Original Costume
•Group Costume (any size groups but only 3 prizes to be shared)
•Book Themed Costume (a special prize from Alice, Ever After Books)

Meet the Board! The Parkside Community Association is made up of passionate and community-minded volunteers. Each member is part of one or more of the following committees and programs: Gardening & Beautification, Events, Snow Angels, Traffic & Pedestrian Safety, Block Captains, and Membership & Development.

Borrowing a fun idea from our friends over at Allentown Association, we are hosting our first Spooky Porches of Parkside decorating contest! Register your porch by Friday, 10/9. A map will be available on our website, and voting will take place between 10/18 - 10/28. The winner will be announced on Halloween and will get their picture in the next issue of the Parkside Newsletter!

We're partnering with The Tool Library and University Heights Collaborative to clean up Main Street on Saturday, October 3, from 10am to 12pm.

Volunteer sign-up is through The Tool Library website. Select the Parkside location, 2318 Main Street.
