Happy birthday to our movement for a healthy, housed, and affordable Western New York 🎉

Thanks to our entire coalition—volunteers, donors, endorsers, and supporters near and far—we get to celebrate this amazing milestone. But the job’s not done, and it’s all hands on deck for November 3rd.

Early Voting starts in just TWO weeks on October 24. Help us knock doors, make calls, deliver lawn signs, and get the word out about the General Election: bojakforassembly.com/volunteer

Proud to see so many friends and colleagues standing with Hyatt Workers United as the Erie County Republican Committee crossed a picket line for their event last night. The far right doesn’t stand for or with workers, but our coalition will.

I support the sovereignty of the First Nations.
The land currently in dispute is historically sovereign Seneca land. It was also re-designated as such federally when bought by the Seneca Nation. Their right to develop it as they see fit must be honored.

On this and future issues, I hope that the Seneca Nation and the City of Buffalo can collaborate on projects that both support the Seneca people and enrich the public good. In any case, I will remain full-throated in my support for Indigenous peoples, today and always.
