SPLASH PAD CLOSED through MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Due to ongoing maintenance issues, the Splash Pad will be closed through Memorial Day weekend. We are sorry for the inconvenience, as we know many of you look forward to using the Splash Pad over the long weekend. We have identified the issues and ordered the required parts to fix the problem.

2026 Board and Commission Member Applications Now Being Accepted!!

Each year the Bulverde City Council appoints members of the Bulverde community to serve on various boards and commissions. These citizen groups provide advisory opinions and may carry out important statutory duties on behalf of the City. The City will be accepting applications for the 2026 round of appointments from April 8th, 2026 through May 8th, 2026. Service on City boards and commissions is provided on a voluntary basis, and no compensation is provided to members who choose to serve.

Individuals interested in serving on City Boards or Commissions must submit an application no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday May 8th, 2026. Additional information, including a personal statement of interest and/or a resume is not required but may be attached to the application. Applications may be submitted in person or via mail at 30360 Cougar Bend, Bulverde TX, 78163, C/O City Secretary’s Office, or via email to Acting City Secretary Bailey Dorn at [email protected]

Areas near and around Bulverde may see periods of heavy rain. Residents are encouraged to stay weather aware and use caution while traveling, especially in low water crossings, flood-prone areas, and along roadways with poor visibility.

Please remember:
• Do not drive through flooded roads
• Slow down during heavy rainfall
• Watch for ponding water and reduced visibility
• Secure outdoor items if storms develop

Please use caution and avoid unnecessary travel during heavy rain periods.
