It has been an honor serving my constituents as an LA City Councilmember in the 5th District, many of whom are Jewish. My father emigrated to this country in 1940, having fled Hi**er and the N***s, and always fought for a better life for his family.

I am proud to bring resources to our people and work alongside Jewish community leaders, supporting our synagogues and prominent institutions. I will also continue working to ensure accountability when hate crimes occur in our communities. Thank you for trusting me to stand up for us.
