πŸ’š Rock Steady Through the Holidays πŸ’š

The holiday season can be especially difficult when you're grieving or going through a challenging time. You don't have to navigate it alone. ❀️

Join us at the Burleson Senior Activity Center for a special gathering focused on comfort, connection, and finding hope one day at a time.

We'll share practical ways to care for ourselves during the holidays, enjoy encouraging conversation, and paint a keepsake rock with a meaningful word to remind us of hope, comfort, or strength.

No painting experience needed, and there's no pressure to share. Just come as you are! πŸ’š
