The Rental Assistance Program Manager assists the Director of Rental Assistance with the administration, oversight, and daily operations of BHA's rental assistance programs. This position provides day to day management and supervision of Multifamily, Tax Credit, and Home rental assistance programs, provides support to HCV program, including special programs and partnerships.

Pay range: $33.65 - $38.46 per hour.

We are currently hiring a Housing Retention Specialist.

The Housing Retention Specialist provides assistance to residents who have barriers to maintaining housing and/or subsidy. The Housing Retention Specialist works with residents in Chittenden County for the most part and will occasionally provide support to neighboring regions.

Pay range: Pay range is between $24.00 - $26.00 per hour. Plus, a $2,000 sign on bonus (paid in two installments)

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician within our Building Operations department. This is an excellent opportunity to join the Building Operations team, where you can gain a deep understanding of our business , make a difference in people's lives every day, and advance your career.

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance work in BHA-owned and managed
properties. This includes building exteriors, common areas, apartments, building systems, fixtures, and
grounds.

Our Techs are required to participate in the on-call rotation, which covers night and weekend
emergencies. Current rotation is once every 6-7 weeks. A valid driver’s license is required to carry out
the duties of this position.

Pay range from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour. Plus, a sign on bonus of $1,500. Paid out in two installments, in the first pay and 6 months from the date of hire.
